When we have a home available we post it online.  Since the homes are Rent to Own, they tend to go fast!  Want to get ahead of the game?  Then fill out an application.  We will notify you when a  rental property is becoming available before we post it online.   The $35 dollars adds you to our mailing list of upcoming properties as well as your application for the home. You only have to fill out one application.
