Can't find a home with one of our properties?  Then we can help you find a your own home!   We don't care about bad credit, we just care that you have a steady income and will take care of the property.   We can find a house for you anywhere.

 

 All you do is fill out our application that lists your income/down payment, area you are looking for, size of home etc.  We will then meet with you and a realtor to help you find the perfect home.   We make sure the home has equity for a saft purchace.  We can also make any needed repairs or changes/remodelling to the home before hand.  We then treat the home as a Rent to Own.  Each month a portion of your payment will go towards the purchase of the home,  and then you will own it (according to state laws)!
